Now more than ever, we need to remind those around us that gay rights didn't end with gay marriage. It's still legal in about half the United States to be fired for your gender or sexual identity. Black trans women are getting murdered in the streets, just for being who they are. Struggling with your identity is hard enough without the government trying blocking you at every turn.
Trans people are strong and resilient. But they are also tired of have the same debate over and over again. It's time to step up and show your support.
